Thanks to its climate and rich terroir, the Trifilia region produces exceptional olives that yield an oil with a distinctive flavor and less than 0.3% acidity. This unfiltered oil naturally settles for two months, removing any residue that could affect cooking. LA BELLE EXCUSE thus offers a green extra virgin olive oil worthy of a great vintage, suited to countless uses.
