LA BELLE EXCUSE brings you this fabulous ceramic oil cruet filled with green olive oil. Afterward, simply refill it with our 2-liter large format. An economical and eco-friendly solution.
This Belle Excuse is made from Koroneiki green olives, picked at early maturity in late November and pressed the same day. Thanks to its climate and rich terroir, the Trifilia region produces exceptional olives that yield an oil with a distinctive flavor and less than 0.3% acidity. This unfiltered oil naturally settles for two months, removing any residue that could affect cooking. LA BELLE EXCUSE thus offers a green extra virgin olive oil worthy of a great vintage, suited to countless uses.
The specially designed pour spout for our cruet is included.
