EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Exchanges or store credit are accepted within 14 days of purchase for regular-priced items, in their original, intact packaging. No exchange, store credit, or refund is offered on sale or damaged items. Refunds are only granted for items missing from an online order. Online orders may be returned in-store or by mail. Return and reshipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in the case of a broken or defective item.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping fees are non-refundable. We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery when a no-signature delivery option has been selected. We strongly recommend selecting signature-required delivery for any order valued over $150. Additional fees resulting from an incorrect or incomplete delivery address are the customer’s responsibility.

We do our best to ensure that the information, descriptions, photographs, and prices displayed on our site are accurate and up to date. However, errors may occasionally occur. Patati & Patata reserves the right to correct any error, modify the information displayed, or cancel an affected order.
