LA BELLE EXCUSE brings you our French shallot confit, made from fortified wine from our vineyard and our raspberry vinegar. The sweetness of French shallot, the taste of cooked raspberries and the aroma of Kampot pepper are sure to inspire plenty of ways to use it.
Ingredients
French shallots, white onions, red onions, cane sugar, fortified wine, raspberry vinegar, salt, Kampot pepper, gluten-free pectin, citric acid. Contains sulfites.
How to use
Brighten up your grilled cheese made with local cheeses and artisan bread. In a simple baguette with ham and sharp cheddar, with charcuterie, cheese or smoked salmon. To go with quiches and meat pies, a mash, a squash gratin or a dauphinoise… or, if you must, champagne and foie gras!
Note
Refrigerate after opening; it will keep until the expiration date.
