LA BELLE EXCUSE presents a blend of lemon vinegar and white balsamic that will win over your taste buds. The quality of this unique, authentic flavor combination makes a wonderful stand-in for lemon.

Ingredients

Lemon vinegar (France): Calamansi lemon pulp, brandy vinegar, brown cane sugar. White balsamic (Italy): wine vinegar and grape must aged three years in barrels (6.5% acidity). Contains sulfites.

Slightly reminiscent of candied lemon, sure to inspire plenty of uses.

How to use

Try it drizzled with our olive oil over thin slices of gravlax or smoked salmon. Perfect for adding an original touch to salads, tartares, or for deglazing fish and seafood. Delicious in a chicken or lamb tagine, to flavor lobster butter, your Thai dishes, a quinoa salad or tabbouleh with pistachios, fried onions and dried cranberries.
